TERMS: Net 30 days. We accept MasterCard, VISA, American Express, COD, or you may establish an open account. To have an open account you must first have your credit approved. Purchase order number and confirming copy are required on all orders. Orders outside the U.S. or Canada must be prepaid. Contact us for details. PRICES: Orders will be invoiced at the price prevailing at date of shipment. We cannot guarantee prices for the life of the catalog.

DISCOUNTS: Most of our products, if bought in quantity, qualify for a discount. Contact us if you have questions.

SHIPPING: Most products are stock items and will be shipped within 24 hours. Prepaid orders placed by mail, large quantities, or custom orders may take longer. Domestic orders are shipped the best/most economical way (FOB shipping point). All orders shipping within Illinois require a written confirmation stating tax status, an exemption number if applicable, and reason for exemption along with an authorized signature before shipment. Express delivery is available by Federal Express or UPS. Service via other carriers will be sent freight collect with valid account number. COD orders will be sent via the best way with the appropriate COD charges added. Foreign orders will be shipped UPS where available. Others will be shipped parcel post. Any customs charges including, duties, taxes and brokerage fees are the sole responsibility of the recipient.

WARRANTY: All B&B Electronics hardware has a one year warranty. Products that are damaged or modified are not covered. Resell products are subject to their manufacturer's warranties.

RETURNS: If, for any reason, you wish to return one of our hardware products, you may return it via UPS or insured parcel post, undamaged, with the receipt, within 30 days of purchase, for a full refund (less shipping charges). Software is not returnable if opened. Large orders or custom orders may not be returnable or may be subject to a restocking charge. Call, FAX, or e-mail to request a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number and routing instructions. Packages returned without prior authorization will be refused. All products returned to B&B Electronics after 30 days may be charged a 20% restocking fee. Any customs charges including, duties, taxes and brokerage fees are the sole responsibility of the recipient.

REPAIR SERVICE: We offer a repair service for our products. Please call, FAX, or e-mail to request a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number. Any customs charges including, duties, taxes and brokerage fees are the sole responsibility of the customer.
